If you notice a charge on your card for our services and you're unsure why, it's likely due to your purchase of a Premium, Premium GOLD, or VIP status subscription. During this purchase, you agreed to subscription auto-renewal. This means that your subscription automatically renews at the end of the initial period, and the recurring payment is processed using the payment method you selected during the initial purchase. The auto-renewal feature is designed to save you time, eliminating the need to manually purchase a subscription at the end of every billing period.
To disable auto-renewal, you'll need to cancel your subscription:
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Open "Settings" by tapping the gear icon in the upper left corner of your profile.
- Tap on an activated subscription to view more details. This section shows your subscription's expiration date and activation source (Play Store or Kismia.com).
- Tap the "update" link to go to the Play Store or Kismia.com, where you can cancel your subscription.
Upon canceling auto-renewal, you'll retain access to all the benefits of your paid subscription until the conclusion of the current billing period.
How to ensure your Play Store subscription is canceled and check your active services:
- Go to the Play Store and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on "Payments and subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions" to view all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Google account.
- Tap on a subscription to cancel, change plan, or get more information.
